These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, your pleasure, and your consciousness in a safe, guided way that allows you to feel more, open more, and experience yourself more fully. Whether you’re navigating blocks around intimacy, struggling to feel pleasure, or simply know there’s more available to you… this is where that shift begins. Through guided touch, breath, and presence, you’ll begin to: Relax your nervous system and release tension held in the body Expand your capacity to feel pleasure beyond just one area Build a deeper connection to your body, desires, and boundaries Experience more sensitivity, awareness, and full-body sensation Every session is personalized to you — your experience, your needs, and your comfort level. We begin by getting clear on your intention and creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and respected. From there, I guide you through a combination of: Full-body sensual massage Pelvic floor / yoni / lingam-focused bodywork Taoist-based techniques to circulate and expand sensation through the body This is a guided experience where you don’t have to perform — you get to receive, explore, and learn. This work can help with: Difficulty feeling pleasure or reaching orgasm Performance anxiety or overthinking during intimacy Numbness, tension, or disconnection from the body Shame or discomfort around sexuality Desire to deepen intimacy and self-awareness
